This bean is a Columbian bean from our direct and fair trade source ( Paisa Coffee Farm) Grown in the Huila Region in the Guacacayo Village in Columbia. We roast it as a medium/dark roast. Perfect for many varieties of brewing from electric pour over to espresso!
